It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Thailand will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days.

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, our warehouse begins processing it within minutes. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after the order has been placed. If you need to update the address, please contact ourCustomer Serviceteam immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Logistic company will return the order to sender if the address is incomplete, incorrect or if the driver cannot find a secure location to leave the package.

If you see your order is returning to sender, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to arrange a reshipment or refund.

Please note, we cannot cancel a return to sender if it has already been submitted by Logistic company
