If the product has not yet been handed over to the shipping company, customers can cancel their order by contacting the customer service team. However, if the product has already been handed over to the shipping company, customers can cancel their order by refusing to accept the product from the shipping company.
Upon receiving the product, please record a continuous video as evidence, starting from the unboxing of the parcel and checking the product's condition. If any issues are found, please contact our customer service within 3 days via email at Bonjour@lehorm.com. This time frame is counted from the date your order is marked as successfully delivered (as recorded by the shipping company's delivery log).
1. For product exchange or return, customers can contact customer service within 3 days from the date their order is marked as successfully delivered via email at Bonjour@lehorm.com. The conditions for exchanges are as follows:
- The received product does not match the order.
- The product is defective, damaged, broken, or unusable upon receipt (a continuous video recording from the unboxing of the parcel is required as evidence).
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or if the product is damaged by the customer will not be eligible for an exchange or return under any circumstances.
2. Customers must provide proof of product inspection to confirm damages caused by the product itself or during shipping.
3. Customers must return the product to the company in its original condition (sealed and unused) within 14 days from the date of successful delivery (based on the shipping company's delivery record). All items and accessories included with the product must be returned in their original packaging. The company reserves the right to refuse the return if the product and accessories are incomplete or not in the required condition.

5. The company will bear the shipping costs for exchanges or returns that meet the specified conditions. However, in cases of order cancellations, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to the company.

- If the cancellation is requested before the product is received:
The refund will be credited back to the same credit card within 30 business days from the date the request is approved. The credit card must have been verified as voided for the transaction. - If the cancellation is requested after the product is received:
Customers who wish to return the product under the company's policy must return the product in its original condition. The refund will be credited back to the same credit card within 30 business days from the date the request is approved and after the returned product has been verified to be in good condition.
2. For customers who paid via bank transfer:
- If the cancellation is requested before the product is received:
The refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer within 30 business days from the date the request is approved. - If the cancellation is requested after the product is received:
Customers who wish to return the product under the company's policy must return the product in its original condition. The refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer within 30 business days from the date the request is approved and after the returned product has been verified to be in good condition.
The company reserves the right to transfer refunds only to bank accounts under the customer’s name. Refunds will not be transferred to third-party accounts.
